- 2. This Scheme is not valid on renewals, sim or/and software.
- 3. All Gifts brand, type, and model are the sole decision of Aarvi trade solution LLP, Jaipur
- 4. All Payments should be cleared on or before 4th Nov 2019, 23:59 Hours for eligibility
- 5. All Gifts have to be collected from Jaipur, any other charges applicable has to be paid by buyer including transport, cartage, etc. Gifts cannot be exchanged with cash, credit or any other mode. This Scheme cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the market.
- 6. Aarvi Trade Solution LLP reserves all the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, cancel, amend, or modify any part of or the entire Scheme at any time without any notice and Aarvi Trade Solution LLP will have no liability in relation thereto.
- 7. Any cancellations and returns of your order are not eligible in the scheme. No Cash Refund or Adjustment would be offered.
- 8. Aarvi Trade Solution LLP will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this promotional scheme caused by Force Majeure Events which are beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network, etc.
- 9. You consent to comply with these Terms and Conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms and conditions and release, indemnify and hold harmless Aarvi Trade Solution and its respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and its respective agents, partners, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from You. opting for this Offer You acknowledge and agree that all disputes pertaining to this Offer shall be subject to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in Jaipur, India.

Employees of Aarvi Trade Solution LLP (including their family members & relatives) and of their group companies, affiliate or associate companies, shall not be eligible for any of the gratifications under this Contest. In case it comes to the knowledge of Aarvi Trade Solution LLP that any Winner or participants is an employee of Aarvi Trade Solution LLP or their family member, Aarvi Trade Solution LLP reserves the right to forfeit the gratification or disqualify the participation of such participant.
